residues of active ingredients, detergents used for cleaning, organisms, endotoxins and pyrogens (sterile products), from the contact surfaces of equipment below established acceptance limits.<\/p><p>For this type of Validation, it is usual to establish a worst-case product, being established through a rationale of all products produced in the line\/equipment, taking into account minimum items established by current guidelines, being:<\/p><ol><li>Solubility (in water or specific solvent)<\/li><li>Toxicity (Long term) \u2013 PDE<\/li><li>Difficulty cleaning<\/li><li>Other items if supported by an adequate scientific basis.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-60a6356 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"60a6356\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cleaning validation guarantees the reliability, uniformity, robustness and purity of products. In this way, we comply with regulations and guarantee patient safety and meet the requirements of our customers.<\/p><p>This study must always be carried out with the aim of verifying the effectiveness of cleaning procedures, being evaluated over several periods, always respecting the rationale adopted by the company:<\/p><ol><li>Total cleaning \u2013 Cleaning after batch<\/li><li>Manufacturing campaign (production of subsequent batches)<\/li><li>Dirty Time (After period in dirty state)<\/li><li>Clean Time (After a period of storage of the equipment\/line in a Clean state)<\/li><li>After Maintenance<\/li><li>Periodically \u2013 Established period, based on risk analysis.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb0d51f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eb0d51f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The documentation cycle is made up of guidelines established in the Master Validation Plan\/Cleaning Validation Plan that together with the cleaning validation protocols determine the rationale for conducting the study. This documentation will contain information such as sampling of surfaces in contact with the product, the sampling technique (contact plates, swabs or rinses), the most critical sampling points, and the analytical methods must be verified or validated.
